CryptDoughCoin’s proposed architecture connects reserve reporting, issuance controls, governance, transferability, and redemption through a transparent Ethereum-based system.
The architecture is intended to keep reserve reporting, minting, token administration, custody, and emergency authority functionally distinct.

Checks reserve headroom before authorizing any new CDC$ supply.
Before CDC$ can be issued, the intended controller compares current circulating supply with the latest verified reserve capacity.
When sufficient reserve headroom exists, issuance may proceed. When reserve capacity is unavailable or the report is stale, the system is intended to reject new minting.
The intended reserve registry records when a report was published. If that report exceeds an approved freshness window, new issuance is designed to stop automatically.
Existing CDC$ may remain transferable while the issuance function is paused, allowing the system to preserve continuity without expanding supply against outdated information.
The proposed governance model combines multisignature approval, delayed execution, and narrowly defined emergency controls.
Administrative authority is intended to require approval from multiple independent signers.
Material changes are intended to remain visible for a defined delay before they can take effect.
Emergency authority is intended to stop sensitive operations without granting unilateral minting or transfer power.
CDC$ is intended to use established Ethereum token standards so that wallets, custody systems, compliance tools, and institutional infrastructure can evaluate the instrument through familiar interfaces.
CryptDoughCoin intends to subject the contract system, reserve-reporting process, governance controls, and operational procedures to independent review before production deployment.
CryptDoughCoin does not present CDC$ as currently quantum-proof. The intended strategy is to monitor recognized post-quantum standards and preserve an upgrade path as those capabilities mature within Ethereum, custody infrastructure, and institutional key-management systems.
Technical specifications, reserve controls, governance assumptions, risk disclosures, and audit materials will be published as the system progresses toward formal review.
